Modifications in v19..38 (11/9/2013):

• Fixed: The installer would often register the 64-bit shell extensions, major to situations where shell extensions could show in Explorer when the choice was off in MC (manually turn on, OK out of options, then turn off, and OK out of possibilities to fix).
• Fixed: The custom library backup path validation could unnecessarily produce the default folder.
• Changed: Rewrote numerous core MMX image manipulation routines in SSE (most about 2x more quickly and now work cross platform).
• Fixed: The visual mouse over state for an edit handle would not often be honored effectively.
• Changed: Adaptive Volume in ‘Peak Level Normalize’ mode normalizes on a per-track basis when Volume Leveling is off and on a per-playlist basis when Volume Leveling is on.
• Fixed: WPD camera acquisition could fail in the final couple of builds due to the internal COM adjustments.
• Changed: MC has a white list of device names that support program volume whilst bitstreaming, and no longer disables the method volume slider when playing to these devices (if you have a device like this, please give specifics).
• Fixed: Audio device names with pipes or backslashes in them could result in difficulties in Choices > Audio.
• Changed: Added experimental support for ASIO DSD output to devices
  that do not specify a DSD buffer format like Teac, maybe other people
  (feedback appreciated).
• Fixed: If auto-import got canceled although analyzing audio, it would record it as an error and not attempt once again for a year.
• Fixed: Column auto-sizing was not operating in some locations.
• Fixed: The projection aspect ratio was inconsistent when switching in between some 3d visualizations.
